AYSO
Region 644 offers among the most cost effective youth soccer programs
in South Florida.
Costing a fraction
of other “competitive” soccer programs, AYSO Region 644 has developed
a year round soccer program which combines the philosophy of AYSO
with many of the goals of other competitive programs.
AYSO Region 644 offers
both a Fall and Spring League. The Fall league runs from September
until mid December and the Spring League runs from February until
May, thus providing a year round soccer program.
The benefits of the
programs offered by AYSO Region 644 are as follows:

| Referee
Programs |
So
that our youth soccer players can learn the laws of the game
on an in-depth basis, AYSO Region 644 provides referee instruction
to all participants.
Once this class
is taken we encourage our participants to referee age appropriate
games within our program.
Youth referees
make up a significant portion of the referees in our program.
In 2006 our program had over 50 youth referees.
In addition
to learning the rules of the game, our youth referees obtain
Community Service hours for volunteering their time.
